Eden Tanefoot and Eli Blacktyde an introduction

I finally decided it was time to post some of the story since I've written most of the first section so here it is.
  Enjoy
P.S. Death check your emails for god's sake.

The late summer sun sprang up past the willow trees as it shone its morning rays over the old castle of Edenvale, the ancestral home of house Tanefoot. It broke through the courtyard to find a young man saddling a horse.
"What are you doing?" Questioned his father from the lord's tower. "Off to take the hounds for a run" answered the the young man. He couldn't have been more than 18 but the yellow fuzz covering his jaw added a year to his appearance. He had purple shirt on with a black tunic bearing a ball of purple flame, the sigil of his house. "Be back soon or maybe we will have to think twice about knighting you." His father chuckled, his grey beard bouncing on his face.  "Don't worry father, our magic is within!" He called back with the words of his house and smiled at his father's good natured harr as he galloped over the drawbridge on his heavy palomino destrier. The hounds following behind.
The branches of the trees reached out to grab at his purple cloak with a black sable trim. He continued along the woodland paths until he came on to a smooth stone road. His ancestors had built these when they came to Westeros from the lands around Essos. They had used magic back then to melt the stones into a road to connect their holdings. The magic had since been lost form his family but his family and house Bravetide ( a family who had fled the 'Doom' along with house Tanefoot) had remained on the land their families had won from the Andals hundreds of years ago.
Confused post all questions in the comments and keep waiting for the Eden and Brave fan-fic to come out.

Behold I Have Returned

Okay so I know it has been a long time since I posted but I'm definitely getting back to this right now.
Just to update you on interesting events in my life :
We did the Skulduggery Pleasant page from my Irish book today I was over the moon.
Then argued with my friend what was cooler Valduggery or Thrashabelle (been reading a lot of Valduggery recently).
My mom saw Eoin Colfer leave the place she does fitness this morning. Some of you might think that's mad but it's a regular occurrence here so yeah.
Got my junior cert coming up next year so got to get ready for that (I have to go to Irish college for three weeks in the summer).

So yeah be expecting some fanfics in the future. I've written the first few paragraphs in a Game of Thrones fan fic I want to do ( don't worry rated K ) and I want to do one on the Eden Threatening in LSODM so be warned.

P.S. Could Death Rose please check her emails please please please please please please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New fanfic idea

I have recently got an idea to do a fanfic on a book series I have recently finished reading.
The series is called ' Jonathan Strange and Mr Norell ' I don't think any of you have read it but the BBC are doing a small tv series on it so if you see that that's what I'm basing this on.
In the series there's magic a bit more complex than SP and more SP like than Harry Potter ( if that even made sense. ). Anyway it uses spells but not wands ( I would suggest reading it or just searching it up on google. ) and there are different worlds such as Hell and Faerie as well as this one.
It is set in the 1800s and that is all I'm explaining now the rest will be revealed through the series.
The Eden and Brave series will still go on but will alternate between the new fanfic.
P.S. my lead character will still be Eden but we might be seeing a few changes to the cocky, smashingly good looking teleporter.

Staying up late

Just a post while I'm bored.

Recently I was banned from using electronic devices during the week, so that's iPad, laptop, phone all gone ( thank god for tv ). So what I've been doing for the past few weekends is staying up till as late as I can online which means I'm up till about three o'clock most weekend nights but if you take a few weeks ago when I had two weeks off I was barely able to stay up during the day.
In fact on the last free night I had I stayed up all night and I fell asleep at four o'clock in the afternoon.
You might be wondering why I'm trailing on with this and to that I say the end justifies the means, and by that I mean a new excerpt from the Eden and Brave story.
P.S Brave your staying as brave in the story if that's okay with you.

Eden hadn't been in the Brackshawl Inn in over 40 years but a reputation like his was timeless or used to be. Criminals who swap sides are generally considered weak, Eden considered himself smart. He saw his chance to be on the winning team and he took it with both hands.
He had long left the world of vagrants behind but there are manners of handling yourself that you never forget.
He pushed open the door and strode in boldly, his gun clearly visible in his shoulder holster and his sabre peaking out from under his coat.
He reached the bar and grabbed a glass of liquor off a smuggler he remembered as Damien McDreadful.
McDreadful growled as he turned around, readying himself to take on whatever fool who had the gall to take his drink.
This all disappeared when he saw Eden.
" Hello Damien, I'd say your looking well but I'm trying to cut down on the amount of lies I tell" Eden's Snow White teeth formed his confident grin as he spoke. " What are you here for?" " I think we both know that Dame. May I call you that? I believe it was much more flattering than the other name I had for you. I seem to have forgotten it, do you remember Dame?" Eden's smile growing wider with every second.
" McDog" answered McDreadful, his head lowering as he spoke.
" Ah yes I remember, McDog because you were as obedient as a dog to whoever payed or threatened you enough."
" Now I want to know if you've been running any shipments from Australia recently?" Eden asked.
" No " McDreadful answered, a bead of sweat forming on his brow.
" I think your lying, do you remember what I used to do to people who lied to me?" Eden asked, finishing off the liquor.
" Alright, I'll tell you just don't hurt me. Death Rose came to me and asked me if I could get her to Ireland. She had said it was perfectly legal and that one of the elders had sanctified it. I didn't want to mess with her, so I just shipped off and left her go at one of my smuggling points." Finished McDreadful, inhaling a deep breath.
" Any idea where she may be know?"
" She said something about a Madame Mist organising her travel arrangements from there. I took no pass on it and let her go."
" Thankyou Dame, this is why you were never a very successful smuggler.
You'd rat on your own mother to save your skin for one day."
Eden walked away from the bar and slammed the door behind him, leaving a very disheartened McDreadful contemplating the consequences of his actions.

Hunger games competition.

I entered Zaths hunger games competition and I'm after sending in my entry for the reaping so I decide to look at the stats and I see what he gave me...
So here's what I'm gonna do I'm gonna post my entry here and see if you can guess what I got. (please comment what you thought too)
The first person to comment the right answer will be written into a short story I'm working on.

Hunger games competition.
I woke up as usual in my driftwood shack. Brushing off the materials that had fallen off the roof last night because of the wind. It would need tar to fix it but i I didn't have tar all he had was the few pieces of driftwood I found on the beach or while spear fishing. I cursed my parents for kicking me out. Their house wasn't in much better shape but at least they had the materials to fix it.
I added fix the roof to my to do list, put on my work close and went off to take a bath in the fresh water stream that ran into the sea about a mile away.
I grabbed a brown paper bag which contained the few remnants of my old life and took out a shirt and a black pair of shorts, not the fanciest clothes but they were mine. After getting back from the stream and spending half an hour try to hide the salt water stains out of my brown shoes I headed out to town.
The Reaping was today there'd be kids from ages 12 to 18 there scared out of their minds hoping they wouldn't get picked. I'd stopped worrying about getting picked years ago, there was worse things that could happen and if after 2 years where my name was in over twenty times ( I'd needed the tesserae to trade for spears and fish hooks) my name didn't come out well then
I'd be more likely to be hit by lightning.
As I entered the town I noticed a dullness as if someone had taken the buildings that had once seemed bright and full of life and replaced with a grey dead replica even the smell of salty bread being baked was gone.
I walked over to the registration smiling at my little brothers as they said good bye to my mother who scowled at me as I walked past. They'd need to prick my finger twice to draw blood because of my tough skin hardened by climbing over the rocky coast. I stood next to two boys I knew from school but hadn't seen in months ( I had quit school and went off to become a spear fisher, and had only gone into town to sell my catch ). They asked me how I was and I replied that I had been fine, then came the disheartening conversation about how many times everyone's names were in. Usually people in the district would be aching to volunteer but in recent years that had gone into decline with parents stopping children from such crazy dreams.  I asked them how my family were doing and they had said fine but my dad had been finding it hard to keep the bakery going.
Then came the actual reaping, I ignored the girls but snapped out of my daydream about building a canoe and moving onto larger fish when I saw a crab fisher I knew called Death Rose walk onto the podium. She talked about the dress she was wearing and the the crowd went silent and my head swum as my name sounded out across the speakers.
I walked up to the stage and felt my legs about to fall underneath me.
The speaker concluded the reaping and I was brought inside the looming town hall and into the room where I would say goodbye to my family. I wasn't expecting my parents to come, my father would be to afraid of what my mother would do to him, so I was surprised to find my little brother be led in and hug me as hard as his little arms could. Don't die he whispered as his eyes teared up.
Then he was led away and I was truly alone.

But anyway since I've been way behind I thought I'd give you the first part of the new story I'm working on.
How Eden met brave.
He stared at the sword lovingly, it was part of his necromancer collection.
A collection of items he had taken from necromancers after he had killed them,
that had been a dark part in his life. Bad things happening and no one to blame them on. Necromancers  were easy targets, he'd teleport behind them stab them in the back and demand they let him use their power before ending their pathetic lives. He'd notched up fifty kills in all, his collection was nearly complete, filled with fifty weapons such as knives and gloves mostly but he had some weird items such as an item that looked to be a horn with 'necromancer unicorns rule' etched into it and a guitar pick, he'd wonder how that one was used until he'd found the leather strap that came with it.    His attention went back to the sword, it was almost the same as how he had found it except for the hilt and the grid lock. The original black sabre blade was the same as how he had found it but of course he had had his initials engraved into it in gold, just like he had had done to hilt, black eccentuated in gold. It was when he was thinking about this when he saw him, the man he was waiting for, Stamping Bull. Not too bright as his name suggested, he was American and possessor of a very rare necromancer bull whip. A rare item for his perfect collection.         He had teleported behind Bull and was about to draw his sword when he felt the                  on his back. "Mr Threatening if you would please put down the sword you have taken from one of my fallen brothers," Eden grunted his disapproval. "Thank god!" Bull answered, his accent making him sound even more annoying " I thought you would never step in." " Now stamping if your done thanking me I will lead Mr Threatening here to the sanctuary".

Dilemma

I think I might delete this blog.
I have already deleted my other one and haven't been as attentive to this one as I'd like to be because of personal reasons ( such as finding what I am going to do in five years as my mother said she will kick me out then ).
I also have Christmas tests which I am probably going to fail.
Most of you may think this is too pessimistic, I know that other people are worse off but anyway I'm letting you decide.
Post in the comments what you think.
The deadline is midnight Monday ( GMT ).
If I don't get any comments after that this blog shall be no more.

A blog post a day keeps the hate mail away.

Here's a short snippet of the story, I know it's not a lot but its better than nothing.

Death liked Ireland, it was a nice place filled with nice people.
Granted most of them wanted her dead and vice versa. It had all happened so long ago, after the war with Mevolent had ended she had been one of the few criminals who had prospered by robbing and giving up former comrades in exchange for her crimes being expunged. It had all backfired when another criminal had ratted her out for her underground tiger railroad (robbing tigers and setting them free in India). What had stung the most was the man who had ratted her out was the one who knew all her supply and cross border routes, partly because he was the lone teleporter who operated them.
Eden Threatening, the betrayal stung even know but she couldn't help feeling a glimmer of admiration at how he had used her not only to get his numerous murders expunged but also to gain a promising career in a sanctuary he had defied for two decades. Death pushed those thoughts aside as she boarded the plain.
